I actually thought, that the americans would celebrate the new year more...
On monday, we drove to syracuse and met the yfu new york groupe, we hang out, played table tennis and billiards, and were just kind of talking! I brought my friend katie with me. :)
Than at 10 o'clock we started walking to the lake nere by the house we met before. We saw lights and listens to a concert. At 12 o'clock they "dropped" the ball, thats probably a tradition (I never heared about it before), and than we could see a firework! It was nice, but against germany it was really less... ;)!
